Boss Fight: Dante
This fight is a much more difficult fight than other bosses. Dante has counter-attacks for a lot of Nero's moves. Streak is noticeably useless as he jumps then attacks downwards with his sword, which seems unavoidable in the time following your attack. Given Dante's gunmanship, he also - remarkably - manages to shoot your bullets out of the air, and will dodge charged shots.
As Dante's health decreases, he changes between hiis styles, so having played as him in subsequent levels (e.g. by playing on Human setting) should help you predict his moves.
Attacking Dante with Yamato's power engaged seems to be a reliable way of causing sustained damage, and the cut-scenes suggest that the Devil-Bringer and Buster could be parrticularly useful.
