A demon that Arius summons from Hell to fight Dante on the oil rig. It is based on the "classical" portrayal of demons; having hoofed feet, a bull's head and horns, and a man's torso. It is fashioned in a similar style as the Phantom from the first game; its body seems to be made of hardened lava (with molten lava as "blood"), and uses fire-based powers. It also wields a massive hammer, and is clothed in hellfire. After its defeat, its hellfire is extinguished. This proves to seemingly be a death sentence for Furiataurus; without its fire, it cools down so much that it becomes nothing more than a demonic statue.
When encountering the "blob" form of Argosax the Chaos, Furiataurus is one of the many demons that form its distorted mass; however, it is put down once again by Dante.
I should have been the one to fill your dark soul with liiiiiiiiiiight!
