Michel[1] is the brother of Vincent and most likely a member of the racing gang, Devils Nest. He was an arrogant, fun-loving, and an impulsive daredevil. He was killed while racing Red Eye.[2] After his death, Red Eye used his brother's as one of his disguised forms. The Highway Department then hired Lady to kill Red Eye. Meanwhile, his brother, Vincent, went after the demon to avenge his death.[2]
