Death Scissor from Devil May Cry

Wraiths come in 4 types. Sin Scissors, Death Scissors, Sin Scythes, and Death Scythes. These Wraiths all wear masks to keep their power in the human world and their bodies seem to be that of ghostly robes.

Sin Scissors and Sin Scythes wear a human face mask to keep their power in the human world.

[edit] Deaths

The Death Scissors and Death Scythes wear a large bull skull mask to manifest. They are much stronger and powerful than their Sin predecessors. They both share the ability to cripple Dante's offensive capabilities by concentrating their evils into their skulls (indicated by their skulls glowing for the duration).

[edit] Strategy

Attack their masks as hard and fast as you can to take out these enemies. Firearms work very well, sword attacks are half-effective. Their cloaks serve to render all attacks useless, so don't bother going for the cloaks. The Sin Scissors are slow attackers and simply attempt to snip at Dante. Sin Scythes spin and throw their scythes at Dante.

Death Scissors use curved cutting shears and, whenever encountered, imprison Dante in an evil field to restrict his space. Death Scythes carry 4 scythes and conjure tornado whirls on the ground to propel Dante up into the air (these can be exploited to reach higher grounds and to get above the Death Scythe with your Air Raid technique). The Death Scythe may at times berserk and throw all scythes at Dante. They can be destroyed to disarm the Scythe and render it helpless.
