Summoned Swords

The Summoned Swords are magically generated blades resembling the Force Edge, appearing in Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 3, and Devil May Cry 4.[1] They are wielded by Vergil during Devil May Cry 3, and they reappear during the final battle with his Nelo Angelo form during Devil May Cry.[2][3] In Devil May Cry 4, Nero gains the ability to use Summoned Swords after obtaining the Yamato. Instead of resembling the Force Edge as in other appearances, they appear to be two-pointed Shaken. While in Devil Trigger Form, the swords materialize around Nero whenever he fires the Blue Rose, and if he fires a Charge Shot multiple Summoned Swords will appear simultaneously before skewering the enemy in quick succession. As the Summoned Swords appear due to Nero's magical power, and not due to actual movements, they can even be used during cinematic Busters to enhance the damage inflicted.
