Background?[]
Can we confirm this this the correct information Regarding Bob Barbas. while there is a Barbas in Demonology this is no evidence to state Bob is based off the same Barbas -=X Zero X=- 01:17, April 27, 2012 (UTC)
- It's actually a very neat bit of background information. Most of the DMC enemies' names are based off of demons or mythological creatures, anyway, and this seems to fit that pattern. Even if he isn't copied from Barbas, the fact that he has that name tells us something about his character, (hint: he's a bad guy.) --Anobi 03:31, April 27, 2012 (UTC)
- It's also very meaningful since most of the lesser demons seen so far have been shown to partly mechanical, even that huge one that ruined the ferris wheel had a gog like thing in it's back so make of that what you will since Barbas is a demon associated with mechanical arts and speaks in truth about hidden things(a reporter, it's in the job description) causes diseases(the stigmata Bob is trying to instigate against NuDante) and changes men into other states(Bob acts as though he wants the city to see NuDante as the bad guy.)-- Pulseman21 04:23, May 22, 2012 (UTC)
